Through Fearless Birthing’s prenatal offerings you can get all the information, education and expertise- with or without the doula!

Online Childbirth Ed

Childbirth Education Classes

$175 for a couple (Mom and Primary Birth Partner)

Date: April 26, 2025

When: 9am-3pm 

Where: Breeze Wellness Loft

A 6 hour class on physiological birth and how to prepare as well as what you can expect!

Partner Support Workshop

Date: TBD

$20/person or $30 for a couple (Mom and Primary Birth Partner)

When 6:00pm

Where: TBA

This one is for the dads! The ones who want to protect and fix and labor can feel incredibly overwhelming when there is “nothing” you can do to stop or fix.

So come and learn! Learn how to physically and emotionally support your pregnant person through their labour experience with hands on practice and a Q&A session with Alexandra From Fearless Birthing

  • This is a great package for parents who want support, and want the basics.

    What's included:

    • 1 Birth Preferences Call (1.5 hours)

    • 1 Education Call (2 hours)

    • 1 Relaxation Prenatal (1 hour focused solely on helping you establish relaxation practices that actually work for you!)

    • 1 Postpartum Follow up (30 min)

  • This should be called the "everything but the doula" package. As it covers a lot of topics and how to support- without hiring the full blown doula.

    It includes:

    Prenatal 1 Package +

    • Access to Partner Support Workshop (in person or online)

    • Fearless Birth 101 (Online Childbirth Ed) FREE

    • 1 Individualized call to discuss any topic you bring to me (2 hours)

    • 1 Birth Prep Call (where we discuss how to set up your brain, your heart, your bags and your space- 1 hour)

    • Hospital Packing List (comes in Fearless Birth 101)

  • This is for the families who just want the support information that a doula provides.

    What's included

    • 1 "Support" Call (discussing how your partner can support you similarly* to a doula- 1.5 hours)

    • 1 "Choices Call" (discussing advocacy anf how to make empowered choices and decisions- 1 hour)

    • Access to Partner Support Workshop (In person or online)

  • Although the packages are the best bang for your buck- you can book additional calls or even set up your own call schedule! You can come with topics you want me to cover or ask waht else I can provide for you!

    The more calls you book the more of a discount!

Prenatal Meetings

1-2 hour in person or virtual sessions with a Fearless Birthing Doula that help you- set up your birth preferences, teaches breathing tequniques, helps you understand advocacy and what your options are, and so much more!
