When our milk transitions from colostrum to mature milk there are a lot of necessary and fragile components: how often baby is brought to the breast, how stressed or relaxed mama is, how overstimulated baby is and so much more. In this lesson I give suggestions and tips to helping this process flow easier without unwanted complications- like mastitis 😖

Alex is a mama and doula passionate about education and empowerment. In her doula practice she has helped over 30 families in just 18 months feel more educated, empowered and fearless both through her childbirth education classes and her work as a doula!
Sarah is a Postpartum LPN and IBCLC. She has a heart for helping mamas feel confident in their feeding journey. Sarah actively supports new parents in the birth community here in edmonton both as the Primary IBCLC that Fearless Birthing refers clients to but also in her work as a Postpartum LPN.

Absolutely! Although it is better to take it with your husband/ birth partner because they are a vital part of your birth team- you will still get a lot out of this course even if they can't/won't join you.

No! This course is designed to go at your own pace (Although it is desgined to be done in as little as 4 weeks- doing 2 Chapters per week). That way you can buy it as early as you want and take as much time as you want!
